Refund and Return Policy

30-day refund

You can return your GLOAM Twilight Beauty Mask within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We don't ask why you are returning it.

Condition of the product

The product must be unused, with all parts, accessories and the original box.

How to return

• Message us on WhatsApp at +91 98990 32634 or email sales@gloam.in with your order number.
• We arrange a free pickup from your address.
• Once the product reaches us and passes a condition check, we start your refund.

Refund timeline

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 days of the condition check. Your bank may take a few more working days to show it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel before your order is dispatched for a full refund.

Damaged or wrong product

If your product arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Marketplace orders

Orders placed on Amazon, Flipkart or Nykaa follow that marketplace's return process.
