How to clean, charge and store the GLOAM silicone LED mask and its remote so it stays in good condition, plus how to use the warranty.
Cleaning
- Wipe the inside of the mask with a wet wipe before each use.
- Use a wipe or a soft, damp cloth. Don't soak the mask or put it under running water: it has electronics inside.
- Let it dry before you put it away.
Charging
- The battery detaches from the mask. Charge it on the magnetic charging puck with one of the USB-C cables from the box.
- Charge only when the battery is low; a full charge lasts about 6–7 sessions.
- Make sure the battery and the puck are dry before charging.
Storing
- Keep the mask and remote in the travel pouch between sessions.
- Store away from direct sunlight and moisture.
- Keep it out of reach of children.
